Most business tools are built for companies with a sales team, a marketing person, and someone whose job is operations. Then they are sold to solo owners who have none of those.
We built for the smaller end deliberately, and it changes what matters.
What is different below three million
You are the sales team. You are also delivery, admin, and whoever answers the phone. Any system that assumes those are separate people will not survive contact with your Tuesday.
Your cash position is real. A subscription that takes six months to pay for itself is a genuine risk, not a line item.
And you do not have implementation time. Nobody is going to spend three weeks configuring anything. If it is not useful in the first fortnight, it will not be used at all.
What that means in practice
Setup has to be done for you rather than documented. Defaults have to be sensible out of the box. Pricing has to make sense at your revenue, not at the revenue of a company ten times your size.
And support has to be a person who picks up, because when you are stuck, you are stuck alone.
Who we actually work with
Home service contractors and trades. Consultants and coaches. Retail and ecommerce. Nonprofits. First-time founders still validating an offer.
What they have in common is not an industry. It is that the owner is still personally in the middle of everything.
Where we are less useful
If you have a dedicated marketing department and a sales ops function, you will likely outgrow us, and that is a good outcome. We are trying to get businesses to the point where they need something bigger.
