Every iCommunity gathering is built on three ideas, in that order.
Eat — Breakfast with business owners. We start with a full buffet breakfast in a private, comfortable setting, alongside other owners and AI CRM users who are serious about growing. Real conversation happens over food, not over a name badge.
Educate — A live CRM tutorial and open Q&A. Not a slide deck. A working session where you can ask the thing you have been stuck on and watch it get solved on screen.
Excellerate — Apply what you learn. You leave with something you can use that week, using the CRM and AI tools you already pay for.
The heart of iCommunity is education, and most of that happens on Zoom.
Every two weeks we run a live user group session focused on getting real value out of Incubator Hub AI CRM. These are working sessions, not webinars. Members bring their actual setup, their actual bottleneck, and we work through it together.
Typical sessions cover building your first automation, setting up pipelines that match how you really sell, writing follow-up sequences that send themselves, connecting an AI voice agent to your calendar, and cleaning up contact data so the system is worth trusting.
Because sessions run biweekly rather than once a quarter, you are never more than two weeks from getting unstuck. That cadence is deliberate. Most business software goes unused because nobody finishes setting it up, and a fortnightly session is short enough that you keep momentum.
Sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live, and every session ends with open Q&A where no question is considered too basic.
Claude AI now integrates directly with your Incubator Hub AI CRM, and learning to use the two side by side is a regular iCommunity topic.
Once connected, you can pull CRM data into Claude and ask questions in plain language about leads, deals, and activity. You can draft and schedule emails and messages based on real CRM records and recent conversations, rather than starting from a blank template. Morning sessions typically run from 8:30 to 9:30, and you are welcome to stay afterwards to network, set up meetings, or simply work from the space for the rest of the morning.
