What changes and what does not
A business outside our local area will not attend an in-person iCommunity event, but the CRM setup, the AI voice agent, the Claude integration, and the ongoing support work exactly the same over phone and video.
Why we built it this way
A nonprofit mission to help small businesses grow does not have much reason to stop at a county line. The tools that make the difference travel just fine.
