There is a lot of marketing language around AI right now and very little of it helps you decide anything. The fastest way to cut through it is to pick up the phone.
Why a live test beats a demo video
A recorded demo shows you the best call the vendor ever had. A live call shows what happens when you interrupt, change your mind halfway through a sentence, or ask something off-script. That is the version you need, because that is how your customers behave.
Four things to listen for
- Does it sound natural at normal speaking speed? Talk the way you normally would.
- Does it recover when you interrupt? Real callers cut in.
- Does it capture what you told it? Give it a name and number, see if it repeats them correctly.
- Would you be comfortable if this was your customer? That is the only question that matters.
Make the call
Our free AI voice assistant demo walks you through a live role-play. About five minutes, no form first.
We also run a marketing agent that texts a digital coupon to your phone during the call, showing how these work for promotions rather than just reception.
Then decide slowly
Nobody should buy business software from one phone call. Afterwards look at the full list of voice agents and think about which matches how enquiries actually arrive at your business.
Want a human opinion first? Book a free business advisory meeting. We will tell you if we think it is not a fit.
