It starts with a full buffet breakfast in a private setting. That is not decoration. Conversation before a session is different from conversation after one, and people talk more honestly with a plate in front of them.
You are sitting with other owners and CRM users who are dealing with the same problems as you, which is rarer than it sounds.
Educate
Then a live tutorial and open questions. Not a presentation deck. An actual working session where you can ask the thing you have been stuck on and watch someone solve it on screen.
The recent sessions have covered AI voice agents inside the CRM: how an agent answers around the clock, asks the right questions, captures caller details, books appointments, and emails you a summary with next steps.
Excellerate
The last part is the point. You leave with something you can apply that week using tools you already have, rather than a notebook of ideas that never get implemented.
The practical details
Sessions run monthly at Intelligent Office in Tysons, 1934 Old Gallows Road, Suite 350, Vienna. Parking is free in the garage behind the building. Sessions run 8:30 to 9:30 in the morning and you are welcome to stay afterwards to network or work from the space.
Who can come
Events are free for Incubator Hub AI CRM users and invited guests. Keeping it that way is deliberate: a smaller, private room is where owners actually admit what is not working.
