B2B Genuine Connections is a B2B networking group from iCommunity and Your Business Incubator, where local business owners build trusted relationships first and let referrals happen naturally. We meet in person in Bethesda, Maryland, and online on Zoom.
Our gatherings are built on the expectations we’ve established together: mutual respect, active listening, confidentiality, authentic participation, generosity, and appropriate follow-up on trusted introductions provided by group members.
The Conversation Circle is designed to create a relaxed, welcoming, and engaging environment where local business owners can build meaningful relationships through genuine conversation.
Unlike traditional networking events, there are no formal presentations, elevator pitches, forced referrals, or expectations to generate business leads.
Instead, each gathering combines small-group conversations, shared experiences, and open connection, allowing participants to get to know one another on a more personal and professional level.
A review of any outstanding topics or issues from previous meetings, along with updates on successful introductions.

B2B Genuine Connections is a business-to-business networking group run by iCommunity and Your Business Incubator. Local business owners meet in a relaxed Conversation Circle to build trusted relationships that lead to natural referrals.
There are no formal presentations, elevator pitches, forced referrals, or lead quotas. Meetings focus on small-group conversation, shared experiences, and getting to know one another personally and professionally.
The group meets in person on the first Thursday of each month at the Pioneer Office Suites Conference Room, 6903 Rockledge Drive, Bethesda, MD 20817, and on Zoom on the last Thursday of each month. Meetings run from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
