Goal

Our goal with the ‘iCommunity Incubator’ program is to enhance the business opportunities and growth at _____________. From creating events to drawing in new or returning customers to providing value-add resources to your membership base, we aim to create a working partnership that can increase the clientele at your space as well as the opportunities for Your Business Incubator (YBI) to help support small business owners.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Host a monthly breakfast or lunch in-person event at your business location and 3 virtual workshops per month, tailored to your target clientele. Event topics are developed by us and socialized with you, with the goal to attract new prospects and provide an additional “value-add” to the membership of your current clients. For clarity,
    • DELIVERABLE #1: In-person events will be 1x a month. Time and date will vary and to be determined/discussed with you to ensure there are no schedule conflicts.
    • DELIVERABLE #2: The incubator has a cadence of virtual events per month which goes like this:
      1. First Tuesdays
      2. Second Wednesdays
      3. Third Thursdays

The topics will be rooted in these core areas: sales, marketing, and business money management. There is a variety of sub-topics that will fall within these core topics. To give you a sample of these sub-topics:

    •  SALES: ‘How to negotiate your next deal”
    • MARKETING: “How to build a personal network for business, work, and life””
    • BUSINESS MONEY MANAGEMENT : “How to create an effective budget for your business & life”
  • Manage all aspects of above events, from promotion and registration to logistics and hosting.
    • DELIVERABLE #3: Promotional material of events shared by _____________ and YBI, unless otherwise discussed, will be designed and distributed online by YBI, and a copy of the master proof will be shared with you for further use.
    • DELIVERABLE #4: Logistics and hosting of an event on the day of, whether it is virtual or in-person, will be provided for by an YBI incubator ambassador. For clarity, we will create flyers that can be used for print or PDF related to events or benefits related to Your Business Incubator and the _____________. The quantity for online material is limitless. We can provide up to 50 copies of print material and will share the master proof with you so you can expand as you wish.
  • Expand your online marketing presence through your existing social media platforms (such as FB, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or YouTube) by posting 2x a day, up to 4 days a week as well as enhanced local advertising through targeted email marketing strategy, which includes 2 email campaigns per month. Content related to online marketing will be created in collaboration with you.
    • DELIVERABLE #5: The social posts will occur 2x a day, up to 4x a week. The posts will cover a variety of topics, to include but not limited to standalone posts with measurable call to actions that will entice followers or viewers to come by and experience _____________, share membership benefits, and highlight events shared by us. We are measuring the performance of the posts to determine what type of content will get the results we are looking for, which is something we will closely evaluate and refine during the first 30 days.
    • DELIVERABLE #6: Email campaigns will occur 2x a month and will be in the form a newsletter with a call to action to have readers come by and experience the _____________ and provide special promotional offers (once discussed with you).
    • DELIVERABLE #7: We will be providing the copywrite, graphics, video, and images for social media content. The social media platform includes: Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly, Twitter), and Instagram. If you or your staff have certain videos that you would like used, we can provide links where you can upload that content to us to schedule in social posts. If you don’t have any videos created of the “everyday” life at _____________, we can offer a one-time service to have a professional photographer/videographer to come in for a couple of hours and capture “behind the scenes” reels that we will have in our library to use as we create the online social content for you.
  • DELIVERABLE #8: Offer your team access to post events for _____________ on our main YBI calendar for additional marketing exposure to YBI’s website visitors.
  • DELIVERABLE #9: Provide lead generation opportunities through one or more digital coupons designed to engage potential new clientele which will be distributed through email and social media. Other opportunities include shared event registration data for ongoing marketing efforts.
  • DELIVERABLE #10: Assign one or more YBI incubator ambassador locally to encourage meeting opportunities at your _____________. To be clear, our ambassadors are not sales reps or will they represent _____________, rather, our ambassadors will spotlight the _____________ as an incubator partner and a resource for small business owners to consider as a remote workspace option. We will aim for 1-2x meetings per week. Since these meetings are based on the location of prospect members and schedule availability, we are not able to guarantee any regular frequency.
  • DELIVERABLE #11: Enhance your current client base with free iCommunity client membership, which includes all the benefits of a Business Membership. To view the benefits of the Business Membership level, visit:

    • To clarify, we are offering any of your _____________ members a free iCommunity profile with full Business membership benefits. This means that they can go online, see and connect with other members, enjoy the benefits of Your Business Incubator such as our resources, tools, and opportunities to help their business thrive. This is a virtual community component.
    • As for the in-person community, this will be more based on the _____________, where all of our marketing efforts is designed to draw in foot traffic to your space, whether it be by an event we are sharing or offering benefits of _____________ and promotional deals. Our marketing plan is to provide reasons for them to be a _____________ member, to work in the space and be part of that in-person community.
  • DELIVERABLE #12: Our goal is to meet with management each month to review previous month’s activity across all marketing initiatives and key metrics and discuss the upcoming month based on the activities of the previous month.
    • Key metrics includes:
      • Email Deliverability – New subscribers, how many people opened, how many people click on links, and what links were engaged.
      • Social Media Following – new followers and level of engagement with content
      • Lead Form Results- # of form submissions for people who are interested in a co-working spaces in Arlington
      • Event Activity- new event attendees & returning attendees.
      • Promo Engagement – # of digital coupon usage
      • New Member Sign-up – # of new and returning members that sign up for membership
