We limit the number of vendors in each category, ensuring you receive focused attention and opportunities that make a real difference.
iCommunity Vendor Criteria: Eligibility Criteria for Partnership
Small Business Focus
Your products and services should be tailored to effectively support small businesses with teams of 1-5 employees.
Business In Good Standing
Ensure your business is current with all state reports, licenses, permits, taxes, and fees, demonstrating a commitment to legal and ethical practices.
Local Presence:
Your business is actively operating within the DMV area, contributing to the local business community and has representatives to attend in-person events.
One Year in Operation
Your business needs to have been functioning for at least one year.
Category Fit
Fit into one of our 10 vendor categories, which includes:

To join as an iCommunity Vendor, complete an application and participate in a scheduled interview with at least one member of your senior management. This process is about more than just formalities, it’s an opportunity for us to understand your dedication to supporting our community and being a part of our members’ success stories.

Vendor Profile
Display company information within our member directory to include text, pictures, social media links, videos (You Tube or Vimeo), contact information, company logo, a special promotion in our hot deals section up to two individual points of contact and other important information.

Logo on the YBI website homepage and Company name and hyperlink listed in the bi-weekly YBI Newsletter
Events
- Attend monthly online educational workshops and other virtual events at no cost
- Attend iCommunity in person meetup networking events at no additional cost
Calendar Plus
This feature gives you the ability to post your own upcoming events onto our iCommunity calendar and generate online event registrations. This feature also allows you to generate free or paid tickets to charge attendees. You will need your own Stripe payment processing account to collect the registration fees.
Success Check-Ins
Join a small group of fellow iCommunity members to share your latest successes and address any current business challenges. Each meeting, led by an Incubator ambassador, provides a supportive and relaxed environment. These monthly gatherings aim to help you stay focused, maintain momentum, and achieve your growth goals.

Advertising Discounts
Members receive steep discounts for advertising in our digital magazine, event sponsorships, podcast commercials, and more
Content Contributor
All members have the opportunity to submit short articles about their business or related business topics that are compelling in nature, relative to today’s business climate, or are educational in nature and benefit other readers. These stories will be published in our digital magazine and shared through our social sites.

Customer Support
All members have access to phone support Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Email support is available after hours and on weekends.
Client Onboarding
All new members receive a thirty-minute onboarding Zoom meeting to review the secure member area and ask any questions. We will assist in getting your profile updated and share more about Your Business Incubator and all benefits.
